API examples from the product that ships

These paths exist. A documentation portal does not. Talk to engineering before you build against them.

Read calls with an API key

Public call reads use a bearer API key scoped to the tenant.

GET /api/public/v1/calls
Authorization: Bearer <api-key>

GET /api/public/v1/calls/{callSid}

Control and report with a signed-in tenant

Outbound dial, hold, transfer, recordings, and CDR use the tenant session API.

POST /api/tenant/calls/outbound
POST /api/tenant/calls/{callSid}/hold
POST /api/tenant/calls/{callSid}/transfer
GET  /api/tenant/recordings
GET  /api/tenant/reports/cdr

Webhooks

Tenants register webhook endpoints in the console. Events are delivered to your URL. Signing and retry details are part of the engineering conversation, not a fictional SDK page.
