What is MuwakilCaller?
MuwakilCaller is a cloud contact center and voice platform for business calls, agents, queues, IVR, routing, recordings, analytics, and AI voice automation.
Do I need physical phones?
No. Agents can use the browser WebRTC softphone where that session is configured. Desk phones are not required.
Can I connect my phone provider?
Yes. Your phone provider connects through the platform, and numbers are assigned from your inventory. There is no self-serve store for every carrier.
Does MuwakilCaller support IVR?
Yes. The tenant console includes a visual IVR editor that can route to a queue, agent, number, or AI agent.
Can I create call queues?
Yes. Queue strategies in the console include longest idle, round robin, ring all, failover, and AI agent.
Can agents transfer calls?
Yes. Hold, resume, and transfer are available from the console and the tenant API, within the routing you configure.
Can calls be recorded?
Yes, when recording is enabled for the call. Playback is an authenticated tenant action. Audio files are not stored in the database.
Can I connect MuwakilAI?
Yes, where the AI integration is enabled. You attach a configured agent from IVR or an AI-agent queue. Model quality is not something this site scores.
Can I integrate MuwakilCaller with MuwakilDesk?
Yes. Caller executes voice. Desk is the customer-experience workspace. Caller does not require Desk.
Does it have an API?
Yes. API keys can read calls. Signed-in tenant routes cover outbound dial, hold, transfer, recordings, CDR, and webhooks. A public docs portal is not live yet.
Is MuwakilCaller multi-tenant?
Yes. Tenants are isolated. Platform admins manage tenants, trunks, and number assignment.
Can I use my own telecom provider?
You can use a supported phone provider. Their commercial terms stay with them. Numbers are assigned from the platform.
